Haiku: Don’t Rush Your Journey
A little context for this haiku: I usually travel at a fast pace, with packed itineraries, lots of ideas for what to do and little time for rest. However, during my Yoalin travels, I caught a cold on the very first day, forcing me to slow down. Unable to continue at my usual pace, I learned to listen to my body and soul, and in doing so, discovered a new, more mindful way of traveling.
Don’t Rush Your Journey
wanting to chase stars
every leap demands a toll
pause; let your soul breathe
